I just wanted to take the time and give a project update. We are currently working with Chesapeake Place, an assited living facility here in Chesapeake, VA. The staff and residents have been wonderful while we setup to help improve their Bistro.
In any healthcare facility it is critical to reduce the impact construction has on daily life. In this case we setup a Zipwall to create a barrier while we repairing the walls, painting, and installing new trim. After which we installed a walk way to help prevent tracking dirt and debris.
While working we are using a Defendair HEPA 500. This greatly removes the dust generated from construction, and lessens the impact on the community. Everyone has been there when a construction worker has left a mess, dirt trail, or just an overall poor job. By taking these measures helps to lessen the impact on the residents, and staff.
Take a look at some of the progress photos.
